證據不支持。外用維他命 E 在 RCT 中未顯示疤痕改善效果,且高達 33% 使用者出現接觸性皮膚炎。蘆薈具保濕作用但對疤痕增生無直接抑制效果。把預算留給有實證的矽膠產品和防曬。
